Family Therapy Initial Consultation

Service Description

This first appointment is an initial consultation designed to explore your reasons for seeking Family Therapy support, gather relevant background information, and agree on the most appropriate next steps. This session is usually attended by parent(s) or guardian(s) only. However, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call beforehand to determine who should attend the consultation — including whether it may be appropriate for your child or teen to be present. 📌 I will be in touch shortly to arrange this 10-minute call before your appointment. If your appointment is online, a Zoom link will be emailed to you on the day of your session. To help prepare for our session, please complete the intake form before you check out.
